Is crypto just pump & dump?

Fear and greed are the strongest driving forces of us humans. But this is not only bad. It is greed that has brought progress to us humans. Fear makes us rethink things and protects us.

The crypto market is still very small compared to the full-blown financial markets. In addition, Bitcoin in particular is a finite commodity with a maximum of 21 million units. So it is only logical that this market presents itself like a classic "pump & dump". Crypto is still highly speculative if you only look at the monetary side.

Every financial market is a kind of battlefield. Nowadays, pure greed rules almost exclusively.

We trade with raw materials and food. One might think that this is actually perverse. Originally, the idea behind it was very good and helped producers to survive difficult times. Now, unfortunately, greed has taken the reins. This is no different in the crypto market.

Crypto and DLT's are nevertheless very promising technologies with a lot of potential.
Raw materials and food are essential for us and yet they are gambled with.

There is never only one side of the coin!

  1. Greed and make us broken..in addition influence our decisions negatively.
As an investor I would rather emphasize that trust patience and perseverance give us better chances...in a completely relaxed position I can better see through to which project to join....
    From my own experience...!?

  2. Yes, man's greed for power (because that's what it's all about) drives the financial market - in fact, I would argue that this old system is built on greed. It is not from anywhere that banks and regulators are showing a certain reluctance to embrace new technologies. Why? Because it makes you lose your own power. You can no longer influence. The new technologies offer transparency - not really an advantage for the old financial systems. Because, in my opinion, these are built on lies and deception... I am curious to see how the financial world develops. But one thing is clear: we are facing a new value system...
